  • MUST BE READY TO COMPLETE PAYMENT BEFORE CONTACTING US.

  • Before any work is done. Iamhayday Graphics require a Non-Refundable $15 deposit on any and all work being done.

  • Any pictures used must be emailed to iamhaydaygraphics@gmail.com. Preferably original pictures (not screenshots from social media)

  • Due to the volume of clients we have. When work is completed you have 2 free revisions. After that a fee of $8 per revision will be charged.

  • After work has been completed and received. A $25 change fee will be charged. It is to the designers discretion when this rule is applied.

  • PSD files are available upon request for an additional charge.

Q. How much are covers?

A. $50

 

Q. Do you do animation?

A. No. But we do motion graphics

 

Q. What if i dont have CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo?

A. We can send an invoice to your email and you can pay with a debit card. Another way you can pay is Western Union or Walmart to Walmart.

 

Q. Can you just take a pic off of my social media?

A. NO ... If you want a good quality design, original pics are always the key. You also are required to email us whatever photos you want used. Best pictures to use are typically between 750kb - 3mb in size. We will let you know if you photo will not work.

Q. Whats the turnaround look like?

A. Turnaround for any graphic is a maximum of 10 business days. Depending on any revisions pending. Typically designs are done within 48 business hours. Although we have a team of designers, when in high demand, turnaround time can take longer than normal.
